At this time, Kitsch does not provide product exchanges, but customers are welcome to return eligible items within a 60-day window starting from the original shipment date. It is important to be aware that return services are currently limited to domestic orders, and international returns are not supported. When initiating a return, a fixed fee of $8.50 will be applied to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
